The last day at the last property of the 2010 Street of Dreams. The indigo is the west side if The Brewery Blocks .

I took this while stopped on NW 23rd. Traffic has reopened to two way
traffic between Everett and Lovejoy.

Northwest Portland should be getting a better signal soon. Workers are
installing antennas at the corner of NW 25th & Lovejoy.
